I'm a bit overwhelmed--just wanted to post some poetry! But this is very interesting.
I've over twenty years in reconstructing Stone and Bronze Age Britain. I'm a writer with a girl's history series about Ireland, Britain, Scotland and Iceland that covers any time from 1900 BCE to 1200 CE (John's invasion of Ulster.) I have a Fantasy series (currently with Baen) set in Wales or Brittany in 1950 BCE with an alternate timeline as if the Persians/Babylonians had invaded Europe with Hoplite mercenaries.
But there's way too much to say here. Let's just say that I'm way, way to into all of this! But if history is my bread and butter, especially archeoastronomy and ethnobotany and diachronic linguistics (told you I was crazy) then poetry is my love next to art.
