Failte!
May the gentle Bé Find Étaíne
guide your heart this Beltaine!
Welcome to my humble home. Please have a seat by the peat fire and help yourself to a horn of mead, a bowl of hot tea and plate of fresh bread and honey.
If you be a wanderer or a fili fair, tell me a tale while I embroider your words on the liminal edges of this fine wool cloak I wove for my proud father and chieftain of a large MacRoth clan in the Albion Highlands.
Why am I living in Eire, then, you ask? I was fostered to my half-sister Holly MacRoth's family in the Cave of Cruachu when I was a wee lass of seven years where I have studied the crafts of weaving, dyeing, botany and the fine art of embroidery. I am looking foward to returning to Albion with Conall at Beltaine.
Feel free to explore my home, but mind you don't trip over the sheep wandering about the place, especially the Manx Loghton...he's a tad loopy.
What's that you say? Oh yes, messy indeed! But we must keep our wooly friends warm and safe during the sparse winter months.
