Welcome!
I chose the last name "Godwinson" because I'm a big fan of Harold Godwinson. I like history a lot, especially 1066 stuff and stuff about Alexander the Great. To visit my Alexander Shrine, Click here.
I also like to write, which is why I'm in the Quill and Parchment group. I write mostly poetry and fantasy stories. Some day I'd love to write a historical fiction book but at this point I'm not because I'm afraid of messing things up. I read a lot of historical fiction (the only thing I like to do as much as write is read) and know from experience that it's really frustrating when someone messes up a legend of states incorrect facts, and I don't want to be one of those people who would anger me.
I like music a lot, and play the fiddle. I don't like "popular" music, though; I prefer folk, Cajun, and the like.
