Please step into the atrium, a slave will bring refreshment shortly. Or, if you prefer, you may go looking for me in the city. People have told me I am never at home ! You might try the Porticus Argonautarum, the most pleasant venue in the Urbs. I love to spend afternoons there before going to the baths.
A thoughtful friend made me a present of this masterful plaque.
I do travel frequently to Seleucia Pieria in the Province of Syria where I am looking after some development projects. Do come and visit me there.
Should I be absent from Rome when you call, you might learn some news about me at my fabrics shop Texta Orientis, or else at my bookshop Amazonia. Both are on the Aventine.
