Thanks to my lovely friend Anna Hippon for this plaque!

I am Empress Clytæmnestra, you may know me as the sister of Helen of Sparta. We were born in Sparta to Leda, she by Zeus and I Tyndareus. I have a very different life than the one Helen leads. I am often ignored by men once they are put under her beautiful spell. Even my husband, Agammemnon, is another of her admirers.


Mycenæ is quite different from Sparta in nearly every way. I shall try to make the best of this new life with Agammnemnon...there is no choice...no love that could ever possibly save me from him.
