Eh, In any event...I am Ahren Amaligg. It is my intention to fix up this building and restore it to my own specifications, but progress seems to be sort of slow. Well, it doesn't help that the imported mosaic tiles seem to be delayed, but half of the rooms seem to be in disrepair, with some serious need for fixing....ah, but none of this is important to you, is it? What's important here is, there are enough rooms to explore, just avoid the south side of the building, okay? Seems to be infested with some sort of birds. Also, you might want to be careful what you say around my uncle, Marcus..he can be sort of strict sometimes.
