It is a bright sunny day and there is a lovely floral scent in the air.
In 1629 it was just an insignificant village when Louis XIII built his hunting lodge here. Louis the XIV selected the area for the construction of what today is the most famous palace in the world. It is the model for hundreds of imitations.
