Here the remaining Knights Templar come to hide from the persecution, and still they asure the safe traveling of pilgrims to the Holy Land.
In the late XIII Century the Knights Templar had become so powerful and rich that their vows of poverty sounded like a bad joke, in those days Philip IV King of France was so indebted with the Templars that he decided to play foul to them, the Templars were said to pactice homosexuality and all sort of heresy, Philip IV allyed himself with the Pope Clement V to declare the Templars heretics and enemies of the church, under this bases they started to arrest and execute all Templars they could and their propeties and fortunes were seized in all France, in those days several escaped Templars gathered themselves and the gold they still had in the Middle East.
