All Ancient Worlds artists are invited to submit 2-D and/or 3-D avatars of ancient Celts and their animals. Contest begins July 30
Contest Rules
1) Create a Celtic Avatar is open to all Ancient Worlds 2-D and 3-D graphics artists. The idea is to create an avatar based on early Celtic history and mythology. You can aim for authenticity, or let your imagination go wild. 2) The contest opens for submissions on July 30. You have one week to post your avatars on this thread. Categories & Characters
1) There are 4 winning categories: Best Celtic Male, Best Celtic Female, Best Celtic Animal and People's Choice. 2) There is no restriction on human characters or animals as long as they are based on early Celtic culture. The list is long: kings; queens; warriors; poets; druids; cowherds; milk maids; smiths; weavers; hermits; saints; sidhe, gods and goddesses; bulls; boars; cats; stags; wolves; sheep; horses; cranes; swans; eagles; ravens; dragons; red-eared white sidhe beasts, and more. Awards
Winners will receive special plaques designed by our artists and everyone who submits an avatar will receive a fine participants plaque. Got a question? Need advice? Post you requests on this thread. We're happy to help. Credits
