This thread is for nothing but the truth concerning the Ludi and those who died in them.
The Gladiator's in Roman times were like professional atheletes of today, if you were good, you got all the accolades and glory and perhaphs even win your freedom, unlike today, if you sucked, you died...However, this board is meant to discuss the Gladiator's lives, their training, their weapons and everything in between. Historical only please :-)
