PaintShopPro Help and Hints, a users guide	An excellent source, has tutorials and tips for every tool, and offers complete tutorials for versions 6,7 and 8 (the tools do change a bit per version).
PSP Tutorial Links	Don't let the simplicity of the name fool you, this is literally the absolute source of tutorials for PSP on the world wide web. And every tutorial within is rated, which is a very handy feature. Click on 'charactors' alone, you will see links to over 300 tutorials, on everything from aliens to spiders.
Web Graphics on a Budget	The first tutorial house I ever went to, and the resources and tutorials are so good, I stayed ever since. Sometimes I forget some of the simpler tricks you can do with PSP, so I go here to freshen my memory. From very simple beginners to intermediate.
Art Dept ~ PSP Tutorials	A great listing of tutorials, some neat text effects as well as good instructions on using tubes, creating your own, and understanding layers.
Robin's Paint Shop Pro Resources	She has had this site online for some time now, always updated, always offers excellent tutorials for beginners, her own tutorials are excellent and should not be missed. Also offers tutorials for the different versions.

PSP 8 Tutorials by Venux	I like her gel text effects, she also offers Photoshop (PS) tutorials.
Brovik's Tutorials for PSP	Really nice tutorials, many good text effects, also has tutorials written for both v7 & 8.
Internet Eye Magazine ~ Custom Textured Text	I really like this tutorial.
PSP Tutorial Links ~ Text Effects	Hundreds of links to text effects tutorials.
KathyZil tutorials	Good tutorial on text on a path (curvy or deformed text and others.
Cathy's Corner-ribbon tutorial	Very nice site, has many handy and well written tutorials for text effects and other.
Lady Magika's silver text tutorial	Best no filter required silvered text tutorial I've ever seen.
