Cuchulain is among the best known of Irish warriors, Ulster's greatest hero of all time.
The Cattle Raid of Cooley (Tain Bo Cuailnge) is widely considered to be the greatest work of classical Irish literature. One of the main characters in this story is the hero Cuchulain, whose battle-frenzy is awesome to behold.
