A house warming party with a difference!

This year for Goldfest, properties are the feature of our celebrations.

Germania's scribes invite you to add your own property in an "Open for inspection" tour (please leave your name and property link at a scribes house or post below). Like all Open for inspections, you will receive a flurry of visitors from all 8 worlds and all walks of life. Here is the perfect chance to dust off that HTML coding and give your place a spruce up in time for the influx of visitors. So get decorating. You can add in whatever you wish. Quizzes, games, audio, movies, etc but please bear in mind copyright issues and loading times for those who are on slower connections.

The theme, this year is "green". Reuse, recycle, reinventing.

A competition will be held for best property in various categories. So far they are:

• best historical
• most relaxing
• best design
• laughed out loud
• best villa
• best hut
• best snake pit
• best mystical
• best cultural
• best role playing realm

These categories are only suggestions at this stage and may change. The usual plaque and site currency for each one will be awarded.

A end of fest party will be held at the Main Goldfest thread above. Details are still yet to be confirmed.

Don't forget to leave out the welcome mat, a sideboard of drinks and nibblies, and a smile on the dial.
