Call me a nutter, but one of the features I would love most for the hoods is to be able to give property to my local community at some time by a simple click. For example, some of the properties I created are defnitely historical pieces. Well, I find they would be more useful if many people contributed and added things to the properties I built like a group, but they can't. If I was to keel over or suddenly disappear (being abducted by aliens), my fear is not only the alien probe, but that the properties will be deleted and all gone to nothing when there was such an opportunity of making it a party place, a library, or simply an educational site. Of course, in my Roman properties, I would only want the Romans to change things. In my Egyptian properties, the Egyptians touch them. And any Germanian properties... well, don't give them to the Germans. That's just silly.
