Ashi's Shushi-Bar was the best in the port but it was managed by a bald, hulking, ill tempered 6 feet tall and 250 pound man that you could easily take by a retired Sumo Wrestler, Ashi Kanishka was Kyo's uncle, Kyo Yobotsu senior was his brother and used to live with him and Kyo Jr, till uncle Ashi and him had an argument and Kyo senior got fired from the Shushi-bar in retaliation Kyo senior left with all the money of the safe and uncle Ashi's brand new SUV, he was said to be living somewhere in Honsu island, as a result of this Kyo Jr was forced to live with his uncle who continously reminded him what a burden he was, Kyo's mom was a dancer somewhere in Tokyo and was divorced for Kyo senior, from the age of twelve Kyo started delivering food in another restaurant that too belonged to Uncle Ashi, by the age of fifteen he was already working in the sushi-bar's kitchen where he developed a skill for knives and fish.

So with a temper so rough it was surprising that uncle Ashi had accepted to have the party in his bar, it was maybe because Aiko had a little something that atracted tourists, specially when she was wearing a something sexy, the place was packed up with people a few relatives from Aiko, friends and a big deal of drunken western tourists singing and speaking in all languages, Aiko had drunk a bit too much (not being allowed to drink to this very day of her birthday) and she was now dancing on a table with a drunken Russian teen that had already put off his shirt, Kyo who was 18 already felt like fire inside to see his girlfriend in such a mischivious attitude but every atempt to calm her down was rejected by cold looks of Uncle Ashi.

Uncle Ashi looked like he had indigestion, he thought himself better than them, the westerns, but he liked the big ammount of money they where leaving in the cashier.

Kyo was sent to the kitchen, he was skillfuly cutting slices of raw carp fish for a dish of Sashimi, he was taking looks at the dining room and bar when he saw it, it had the shape of a woman but it wasn't the black aura he could see around her told him she was really a demon in the disguise of human, obviously the drunken yankee wearing a pink kimono and cowboy hat didn't see the black aura, she the demon was wearing brunette skin and curly hair as an outfit, in the fashion of Thai gilrs.

At that point Kyo was so distracted that Uncle Ashi yelled at him for cutting the carpfish all wrong, but seeing that the drunken cowboy was walking out of the bar with the demoness Kyo jumped the counter and went to block their way out.

Wielding the knife infront of her he said "Back off creature of the Dark, leave this man at ease" with the music so loud many people didn't see the scene, the cowboy guy in his pink kimono was raising his fists like a boxer blabbering something in his own language and the demoness looked at Kyo with infinite hate, it was then that Uncle Ashi came and disarmed Kyo.

"What demon is gotten into you Kyo???" he yelled just before giving the lad a slap on the head so hard that he almost fell down, he then turned to the Cowboy and the demoness making many deep bows and apologizing in haste, as Uncle Ashi draged Kyo back into the kitchen Kyo was able to see the couple walking to the nearby hotel, of course they would never be doing what the cowboy guy expected they where going there for dinner, her dinner and the guy was the food she would fest upon.
