It seems to me that the whole problem is the lack of a permanent schedule. If administration would just put up a calender for the year with dates for a festival for each world (8 months) and the two AW site wides (that makes 10 months out of the year) there would be no problems. This would be the list of annual festivals with firm dates and others could be added at the discretion of administration.I have a residence in a neighborhood where we have one every month. It's a small thing and not on the com panel although all AW members are always invited to participate. Perhaps we should have another name for things in very small groups.They do keep participation high.
