My computer is a brand new laptop with Vista and I haven't installed it over XP. It has the 2GB recommended RAM, 2.16Ghtz processor, 200GB HD, DVD/CD burner, etc....

I've also noticed on the public boards that there are several people out there experiencing the same problems as me. I think I've gotten used to ignoring the security popups now coz they don't bother me as much. *G*

I will still be emailing our IT guy for the registry fix.

As for owning a Mac.... I did use one at a community TV station where I worked and have previously owned and used apples IIe and IIgs. I will never ever buy a Mac if I can avoid it.

To each their own I guess. :D
