Hi Im Huicton and have just taken on the leadership of The Americas group Tenochtitlan. Im at the moment in the middle of a mail out to past and present members in an effort to revive the group and hopefully turn it into an active group again .
Im hoping that we can redesign the group's pages, elect a board to run boards and threads and recruit members from other cities besides our own.


Im seeking the advise of members of this board that may have faced the same problems with their groups and suggestions of stategies they have used that have revived other groups that have faced the same situation. Looking forward to your helpful advice.
