Yes, it's "fluffy," but I'll admit, on the days I listen into their podcasts on my way to work, I do better (or rather, I feel better, more positive, etc.).

I've also begun to notice new churches popping up, based on Hay House authors' tenets--Sylvia Brown has her own and there are now several that follow the teachings of Wayne Dyer, Marianne Williamson and Deepak Chopra.
