OOC: As no one has come forward to represent the defense for some time now, I shall begin to prepare my case.
To the esteemed Court Praetor:
As prosecutor in the case of SPQR v Tullius et alia, I would like subpoena the following people for evidence:
Eugenius, slave to Numerius Lucretius
Numerious Lucretius, Tribune of the People
Claudius Russus, Censor
Ulpius Sissena, Consul
Caius Longinus
Damon (should he be found)
Quinctius Sertorius Rufianus
I realize that compelling the presence of some of these witnesses could be difficult. I would like to make it abundantly clear that this is in no way a proceeding against any of the above individuals, and I do not wish to imply an wrongdoing on their parts. I merely politely request their presence so that justice may be served.
Respectfully yours,
Titus Autronius Corvinus
OOC: I'll post questions for everyone shortly. I've only two posts a day at the moment, so it may take a little while. Sorry.
