    I love this and people always ask for it - as my son did last Friday.



    4-6 chicken breasts cooked and diced
    1 can Rotel (chiles and tomatoes diced together-do not drain)
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    1 can Nacho Cheese soup (or substitute cheesy salsa)
    1 bag Doritos chips, crushed

    In the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish, lay down half the crushed chips. Mix all the other ingredients together and spoon on top of the chips, covering with the second half. Heat in the oven at 350 F for about 30-45 minutes, until it is bubbly.

    Can also be cooked in a crockpot, just do it on low so the chips don't burn OR lay down a thick layer of them.
