I thought that this might be a good time to do a little cleansing here. They have cheap aromatics in these parts. I take some of the empty kash bowls laying about and knock the dottle out of them. Then I light the aromatic resins I picked up in the market place and set them around the bar.
I am quite surprised at how thick the smoke is from the resins, but the scent does wonders to clarify the air. I hire a couple of the street people walking past to help sweep the rubish out the door. It is a wonder what people will do for a few pounds sterling! Soon the place is sparkling clean -- except for the thick layer of sap covering some of the tables. One chap assures me that it is not the varnish disolving, but just day old kash congealing. The air might be thick with smoke of myrr, but the aroma is a definite improvement.
