Just found a site that might interest any Photoshop fan. Photoshop TV
This site has three guys (Scott Kelby, Dave Cross, and Matt Kloskowski) giving you tips and tricks about Photoshop. From basic Photoshop skills to the latest Photoshop CS3.
I've just watched the current one and it's very good. The tutorials are basic but they do go a little fast for the beginner user. I'd say medium to advanced skills are who they are aiming at.
I guess the only downside is that the time of the episodes are long. 40+ mins. They could've easily done it in 30mins without all the waffle in between. It becomes really boring.
Because of the length of each episode, this site is probably not recommended for dial-up users as it uses streaming video rather than download the episode to your hard-drive and then watch it. I have 256K broadband speed and found it was stopping a lot of the time coz my modem couldn't keep up.
If you want to view previous episodes, a cost of $1.99USD ea is required unless you are a member of NAPP. I'm probably not going to look at every episode but I would go for their DVD (Best of .... edition). At $45USD (approx) it's probably the cheaper option. Hopefully you don't get the waffle either. LOL
Overall, I'm still going to bookmark this site for future reference and viewing.
