This probably isn't the place to post this but I've just come across the most amazing site for free photoshop brushes! It's called: getbrushes.com

Unfortunately, most of the brushes are for Photoshop 7 and above but I've seen a couple of fireworks and weather ones that are absolutely fab! If only I had CS... *sigh* Dare to dream! LOL

There a few historical ones which are interesting. Ancient Maps, Egyptian Designs, Alchemy, Runes, Greek... all as brushes! Valentine and Christmas also are in here. Some are ho-hum, others are stunning!

The downloads are around 3MB per set, others are .2MB. Also, most authors would like a credit if you use one of their brushes and possibly let them know how you used it. Will depend on the author. Read the terms of use for each brush. Still, a small "price" to pay for something that is free. :D
