Hello all!
My thanks to you all for good and intriguing questions during the week I was here. I attempted to answer all that I could; if for some reason I missed one, I do apologise. However, I also wanted to say that you're welcome for all the thanks given to me.
At present, I am preparing myself for the trip to Luxor next week. If you like, I'll post a short blurb on how that trip went when I return, just before Christmas, possibly with pictures.
I hope the Links page, the articles, and so on, whet your appetite for ancient Egypt even more. The field of Egyptology always needs curious people who are willing to ask questions which are sometimes "outside the box," but also acknowledge what we do know about ancient Egypt as a base from which to grow.
It is from this point of view that true knowledge about the ancient Egyptians can be achieved.
Best --
