Salve... welcome to the Wall.
Here in these cold and bitter climes, that which sustains me is the comfort of my husband, Barates of Palmyra. Ours is a tangled tale -- of loss, of happiness, of despair, but above all, enduring love.
The evidence of that love has lasted nearly 2,000 years. My funeral monument is one of the most well-known in Britain, and a testament to the love which Barates bore me.
Join us on The Wall. And whilst you're doing that, please, what may I get for you? A glass of ale, a cup of wine, a flagon of mead?
Or perhaps I could show you my treasured roses?
