Tossed new tilting spears, each knight quickly wheels his charge and commences another course. The joust is on! Sir Spethi expertly handles his horse. He is concentrating on a lance break to the shield. Sir Ealhstan taking aim at the helmet of his opponent; he displays considerable skill maneuvering his horse close to the course barrier.
Sir Ealhstan misses his mark! The crowd's silence only broken by a few boo's and hisses. Sir Ealhstan does not need a new tilting spear for the next course. Sir Spethi's lance explodes into splinters with a direct hit on Sir Ealhstan's shield! The crowd jumps to their feet to cheer the spectacle! Sir Spethi receives 1 point!
