I signed up on impulse because it appears the organisers will make these contests great fun, however, it didn't occur to me at the time that it wouldn't look proper.

We want the greatest number of people to have fun here, and I've got as many opportunities to have a good time without winning a prize (and anybody who sees me at archery practice knows I'm in no danger of doing that anytime soon).

So I'm grateful for the "anyone can play" messages, but I'll cheer the jousters from the sidelines. Have a great festival!
