We are aware by now that the poor little planet Pluto has been recently demoted from full planetary status to "dwarf planet". Pluto was discovered by Tombaugh in 1930. It was always the puny, outsider planet that followed its own unique orbit, and it has not completed a third of its journey around the sun since its discovery. We have returned to the Classic Eight Solar System. Pluto, sadly looking in from afar, has become estranged, but it will be remembered.
