I have an image I want to upload, but it's over 100 KB. Do I need special software to reduce it? Is there another way of doing it? I'd appreciate all your good advice! I am just a humble newbie trying to find my way through the web design jungle! :-) Another question: As you can see, my gorgeous avatar shows up as a weird grey blob in it's small form- what to do?
