All I have on this coin is:

Marcus Aurelius Severius Antonias @ Caracalla EMP 198-217 AD Silver Denarius.

It looks as though it was struck around 207AD but not sure of that. It's all I can find out about this one. If someone has an idea of what this coin is, I'd be grateful! *G*
