What I wonder about is, if somebody scared Sumbody with loud noices when he was a puppy? I think it might be very difficult, almost impossible to coach him out of it using obedience classes, of course depending how old Sumbody is. You might just have to accept that he's scared of loud noices (and try to keep him away from them), and just love him as he is.
