I sweep out the tent, which is thankfully empty now. The last of the wounded maze warriors, battered hurley players and assorted cure-seekers were well enough to limp off to last night's ceili. I only hope they didn't overdo it but that's a silly wish for a bunch of Celts! There was so much to clean up that I fell asleep and never did make it to Tailtiu's Tavern! Sorry I missed the fun but there's always next year.

Breaking camp, I pack it all onto the capable back of my pony Roisin and head for the gates of Tara. It's home to Inver Colpa for us now, until the Samhain feis, wherever it may be.
