A guild could be set up like this:
- A leader whom is appointed by a Council. The leader will be the one who trys to spread the new of his guild while also maintaining the image of his guild. The leader has not so much as a power rather then a responsiblity. The leader can be a swing vote on anything which may be needed to be voted on such as festivals or such which they wish to take part of. the leader may be present at any meetings or votes which Council has.
- The Council is not soo much old people, but rather respected people. These people have proven to other that thier eagerness and knowledge is far beyond many could wish to achieve. They have proven themselves in the guild, but more importantly those outside it. The elders are the main body of deciding what shall be done by the guild.
- Scholars. Scholars are more prestigous then the members, but are not as broad, these people research currently know plants which the members and apprentices have submitted and verify the information which is given (Dont want to have Mistletoe as a cure for colds) They are mainly responsible for keeping the library(The place where all their guidls knowledge is) orderly and correct. Not as ambitious in discovering as members, these are people who may wish to specialize on a certain plant.
- The most populous, but not the least important; The members. the members are those whom have proven that they wish to specilize in such a field and wish to take it as thier profession by learning mroe and sharing it with others. Members are a major part of the guild since they produce the bulk of the information and aprticiapte in many of the activities (though not individualy they may not be so, but as a group it shows) The member may not be so differnt then an Apprentice exept perhaps by a more honorable title. This shows full acceptance into guild.
- Traders. Those are thsoe whom are members but instead of researching that of their region (Like Celtia herbs) they go to other forums/cultures and gain knowledge of herbs which are present there. Then they shall share herbs of thier region with taht of the other and gain new herbs and thier description to share with thier guild in a kind of international section.
- The Apprentices are those whom are interested in learning the certain field and they must prove that they will be a great benefit to the guild by perhaps doing sortof of quest; finding some new information on a subject which before was unknown or uncertain. They can add onto certain subjects within the field that eventually thier work shows their desire to be that of the guild.
