*think* this may be what your'e looking for. Although I've used the
backgrounds in the table to show the differences in the colors, I'm
assuming that the text color you're speaking of matches the first
background color.
(I got the color codes from the default .css file found here, under the "content" class.)
Background Color = #660000
Text Color = #FFCC66

Background Color = #330000
Text Color = #FFCC66 |

Background Color = #100000
Text Color = #FFCC66 |

The outside table background is black (#000000), while inside table, first row
contains the colors you said you'd tested. The bottom row of the inside table contains the
colors as used (I think) in scrolls. (I've modified mine, so I can't
really test it) ...
Did I pass the test? LOL
