    Episode 9

"I said I will tell everything and I shall.
    I shall hide nothing. Nothing!
And if what comes next seems incredible
    Believe it. Believe it!"

I love that the episodes start with old Claudius remembering and writing. I like the voice over.

Favorite line this episode: "You can stick it!"

Episode 9 is one of my favorites. We get to see the man Claudius has become. I'm not sure I admire his weakness with Caligula, but for some reason his character becomes more endearing to me. His interactions with his mother this episode play a big part in that. Perhaps I just have a crush on Derek Jacobi.

I would like to extend the drinking game. This episode was particularly quaff intensive. Ha! Ask Signor Grande what he thinks about that. I know he saw Episode 9 this weekend as well. Several players started the game later than we did. Since there is no race element, they can catch up. I'm willing to extend the viewing deadline to whenever. I think this board is here for cyber eternity, so why not take it easy on our livers.
