From what I can find by googling at the problem, apparently Microsoft has just launched a drive to wipe out illegal copies of their Windows program.

My husband has had the counterfeit balloon popping up on his computer for a couple of days now. The problem with that is that his computer is a Dell, which he bought new from Dell with WinXP Pro installed on it. How can that be?
