    Finally I found something about sailing with square sails! Check out this link www.vikingship.net. Itīs a swedish page, and unfortunetly they forgot to translate everything. But all Scandinavians should be able to understand it. It says that it in fact is possible to cross sail with square sail with a max angle of 55 degrees. Check it out anyway, lotīs of nice ships!
