It can be said that each one of us here at AncientWorlds insist on being known as a bunch of self-proclaimed, smart alecks when it comes to Ancient History; however when it comes to Popular Culture, sometimes it pays to be a Dunce!

I'm definitely dating myself, but I was eating lunch when I saw the procession to the funeral. It was the first thing I can remember watching other than cartoons, since I was only five years old. My sisters were all in school, and dad was at work.

What about the first moon landing? I stayed up late to watch it live...the only way then other than news footage. Thank goodness it was the summer, and not a school night! I was eleven.
