Ya'll probably noticed that Dr. Elaine Fantham of Princeton will guest with us the week of May 14-20. Please make very welcoming noises!~
You may learn more about it here.
On a subsidiary subject, I really need some suggestions for a good speaker in The Americas' area of expertise for the next few months. We've had Tom Holland and, now, Dr. Fantham, whose expertise lies in Graeco-Roman history. Especially in view of our upcoming Convention in Santa Fe in November, I think it would be wonderful to have a speaker who's known in Maya, Aztec, Native American, or other Americas subjects. But I'm so ignorant, I have no ideas! So if you have them, please note them under the "Ideas for Speakers" thread. Thanks!
