The most honourable and esteemed firm of builders and renovators, Bodgit and Scarper of the Forum Boarium, do hereby bring civil case against one Patricus Curius Hibernicus (PCH) for failed payment of the sum of 14,000D for works carried out on the villa urbana of the said PCH in Quinctilis and as yet unpaid.

We request immediate payment of said invoice and fair market interest at current rates.

We are hopeful that this matter may be settled amicably and by agreement out of court, but are prepared to retain counsel and pursue the matter with the utmost rigour if agreement should not be reached.
