Something in the way you tossed back that drink, Apil, put me in mind of it ;)
Long, long ago when the world was young, it is said that a nefarious band of ne'er-do-wells patrolled the open sea under the aegis of a certain Carmine Papirius. A more motley crew you'd be hard put to assemble. 'Tis said that if you listen very closely on a moonlit evening by the sea...by the sea...in that dark hour after midnight you can hear the rhythmic splash of oars as the trireme (at least I think it was a trireme *lol*) makes its ragged, slightly inebriated and always amusing way from one port of call to another, pursued by all those...well, there always seems to be something in hot pursuit.
Carthage...those were the days, eh *sigh*
