I don't see the problem with having two distinct threads, one for historical discussions and one for archeological discussions. Afterall, we are talking about two pretty distinct fields/subject areas here, even though they are not mutually exclusive. Since the new thread is open, why not re-focus the discussion on the old thread to what it was initially set up for? Let's make the best of the situation here folks. It is high time to stop being so uptight and stifling the growth of this wonderful AW world.
