LOL Tak *g* The more I think about this, the more I think (erm..yeah..) that maybe we should have threads for those archaeologists (including more recent ones)/early explorers that have contributed greatly to our understanding of the Archaic Period. That alone would give us several threads - you've got Petrie, Emery, Quibell, de Morgan, Adams, Wilkinson, etc. - but maybe for fun's sake we could also include a general thread to discuss those others (like Belzoni, the Napoleonic expedition, etc.)? Thoughts on that?
