Besides Bharat Mata, the same proposal was made in The Floating World and Early Dynastic China. A good timeline would be an excellent asset to the Orient and even if participating in the Multi Group Festival is interesting, making something that would stay as a permanent feature in our world could be even more. Of course, as I said in the other groups, this is just a suggestion.:)
