How can I help it? Some things are beyond the realm of volition or preference: they just ARE.

Such is my love for you.

(and my fear of chain saws)

But as I have crested the midpoint of our life's path (il mezzo del cammin di nostra vita), I find it fitting to reflect upon traditional values, the way of our ancient ancestors (mos maiorum), and have begun to appreciate the wisdom of such complementary pairings, an older, wiser man's guidance, the optimism and vivacity of a young woman in bloom.

As you know, Cornellia, it's ALL about the love with me. I've just decided to quit being so stuck up, and give the younger ladies a fair chance as well.

    Good day to you all.

    ave atque vale
    pax vobiscum

    IS IS!
