Also, Aelfwine (and everybody else), you may not feel like you know much, but you know enough to like studying and talking about it...and that itself is worth posting! We don't *just* post raw facts, we're here to share our common passion for a fascinating and exciting part of history. It's worth it just to read posts of people talking about what they like, or what they would like to know more about. Me, I especially love the melancholy heroism of Old English poetry. Anyway, we'll all try to post more of our thoughts.
