I'm pleasantly stunned by the theatric experience you both have. My own has been much more - pathetic.
I was dragooned into school performances and chorales from first grade through high school, but the highlight was an Irish jig I performed in a voluntary high school production. I also helped with a satiric takeoff performance on Beowulf.
I also wrote and helped perform a humorous medieval puppet play back in my Society for Creative Anachronism days. Which I mainly remember from the writing standpoint: typing typing typing script until 2 AM - ok, turn off computer and go to bed so I can be fresh for work in a few hours -- oh, I forgot to save it, did I?
Typing, typing, typing, until about 5 AM or so.
