    I only think of him as Legolas, in fact that is what I naturaly call him when I speak of him.

    But, getting back to my original thought...what you just mentioned Sing, about his military abilities, was one of the things that I meant about the flick being a Hollywood production and therefore not entirely accurate.
    He did make a huge jump from blacksmith to military leader without a single person objecting, right?
    It's quite ridiculous actualy, if you think about it it would have been unthinkable during those times.

    Another thing that bothered me was that, if I remember correctly, when they left the Holy Land he took the main actress with him (sorry can't remember her name) anyway...he took her with him.
    No one followed them which was another thing that would not have happened in rl.
    I know it may be a bit too much to ask from a flick but at least try to keep things somewhat accurate...back then, you could not steal another man's wife and just get away with it.
    The entire family would come after you.
