Hot off the press from the venerable Marduk himself...the Multi-Group festival is NOT part of Springfest. So, as I suspected, I was confused! *laughs*

He says there are no firm dates for the festival, Feiyan. They are trying to work around Lunar and Springfest. I do like the idea of an Eastern and Western timeline. It would be useful, but a bit daunting to organize. :)
